How exactly can i realize im in my dream.

So i know about reality check but i havent done one in a dream recently but dreamjournal has made my dreams so vivid and making them feel like im in them but i never can lucid, Can i like tell my self to lucid cause i havent yet.

But when i tell my self to remember my dreams, so i can write them . I think that causes me to have dreams about remembering dreams i have had 2 that i am thinking about dreams that happend but its in a dream and thats just been this week i think. Should i reality check more often?

self suggestion works well. just keep trying and try diffrent techniques. IT JUST TAKES PATIANCE :D

yeah autosuggestion (MILD) is very important, also, in my experience, while I have many dreamsigns, only one- flying makes me do an RC in a reliable way, even though I notice the other dreamsigns once I wake up and write down my dreams
