Tried to go into SP a couple of hours ago, counted 250 breaths, only my arms and legs felt numb, also felt like I was bouncing on the bed and couldn't resist the urge to smile because I felt so peaceful and funny, then I gave up because I was getting hot. I think my problem with trying to go into SP is my body temperature, can't do it when I'm hot, take off my blanket but get cold.
Dont try and WILD straight away, maybe read a book and get your body tired, and then try to have SP. This would be quicker and then you could go quickly into a lucid dream.
there's no reason why you should want to go into SP. If you want to have WILD then you should try and do that... The numbness in your hands/ legs etc is all you really need if you want to WILD as it is a clear indicator you are in a trance state.
Btw I get the exact same thing as you haha where I won't be able to stop smiling or laughing when i get very relaxed. sometimes I'll also hear/imagine voices that make me laugh out loud :P it can be kind of awkward laughing to myself lol
maybe it would help if you tell us exactly what you are trying to do and why (that is, if u want/need help)

hmmm not sure about this one it literally takes me a few minutes to not feel my body and i will be like that for a very long time. sometimes images become extremely clear but i end up holding my breath while i warp in and quickly snap outQuote:
