Help please....

I've been watching the lucidology 101 videos. However, there is one thing that I do not get. What is the difference between an OBE and a lucid dream?

an OBE is like where you see your self or as an example say you died on an oparating and you saw your self lying there while there trying to revive you

a ld is where you know you are in a dream and you can control the dream you are still yourself

So OBEs are supposed to be real? that's strange

The reason i ask is because in lucidology it talks about "high energy and low energy OBEs" and i was really confused

yh OBEs are real well pepole say it has happend can i please ask what is this luciology

it is this big series of vidoes by a professor who studies lucid dreams. There are 10 of the first series, and theyre all very interesting.
