In a wild, you are basically just waiting for your mind to fall asleep while still holding a thread of consciousness right? You wait for the HI to become a dream scene, then you enter. So is sleep paralysis really necessary? must your body be asleep for HI to form? if there was a technique for just getting your mind to that stage, then WILDs could come a lot faster, because you wouldnt have to wait for sleep paralysis. Is that right? |
