with it, you basicly just "meditate" on lding, its only natural that youll probably have an ld. if u did it right before going to bed i think you might get the same results. anyone agree? understand what i mean?

Well, in my opinion, its mostly about waking up *after* you've finished repairng your body in a deep sleep (delta)
The bulk of the rest of your sleep will then consist of REM (dream) sleep
So getting up, then thinking about lucid dreaming - getting the logic juices a bit of a flow...
This gets rid of the cobwebs in your logic that seem to accumulate in the first couple of hours of sleep
Allowing you to have a far greater chance at consciousness when going back to sleep 30 mins later
