Getting back into Lucidity

Last summer I had plenty of time to work on Lucidity and I was at the point where I could recall 3-4 dreams a night, and Had 3-4 lucid dreams a week. However due to school/work/and general stress it has been about 7 months since I have tried. I now only recall 1 or sometimes even no dreams a night and my last Lucid was about two weeks ago on accident.

I always had the most success with WILD and mild success with DILD.

So, I am here to make a statement that I will be trying to get to where I once was...wish me luck friends.
