Last night i had a semi lucid dream. I was aware that i was dreaming, but not in full control. Everything was very realistic, color, feelings, sounds. At one point i was falling through the sky, and i could feel myself in free fall. And then from that point on it was like being dragged around with no control. How would i gain full control?
learn to stabilize. create a routine that makes you more aware and act it out a couple times during the day, imagining that you've become lucid. look at your hands, rub your hands, look at details, feel your breath, touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue... see what works. it'll take time to remember to do this in dreams.
I find doing plenty of reality checks help.
Do everything people said here. But, really, dont worry about it. After having so many lucids, youll eventually just get a feel for it and control and everything will come naturally. I believe all people really need to work on is getting thier number of lucids up and everything else will come.
alright thanks for the tips guys :) and ya i think your right about the number of lucids people have. With more, everything will eventually come. Thats just the problem though. Getting the number of lucids up haha
