Help with Lucid Timer...

So, I recently heard about Lucidology 101 and decided to check it out. I signed up for their free stuff, even their lucid timer MP3. On the website, it said to "Right-click and select 'save-as' to to download the ramp timer setups directly," however, I don't know how to do the rest after 'save-as'. If anybody knows how to do this, your help is much appreciated.

save as... save somewhere (desktop maybe)... double click the file when it's done.
