The last couple times I tried WBTB failed :(. I tried staying up 30-60 minutes each time, but couldn't fall back asleep afterward. What should I do?

The last couple times I tried WBTB failed :(. I tried staying up 30-60 minutes each time, but couldn't fall back asleep afterward. What should I do?
Maybe stay awake for only 5-10 minutes?
Then 10 minutes will do. Wake up, go read something about lucid dreaming, and then go back to bed. If you fall asleep too quickly, maybe try 15 or 20 next time.
Yeah, Yellowlight has the right idea. Your just waking yourself up too much; just cut down the amount of time you stay up, and your golden!
