Insight on Lucid Dreaming for all.

Hello, I am new to this site, and the forum. I have lurked a bit, and saw that here, there's a great group of people and I wanted to join them. :) I first came to the discovery that I wanted to dream from a person. He is on YouTube and his name is Reece Jones and lives in the UK. His link is here...

He gives major insight on lucid dreaming, and is very good at getting his point across and is good for beginers mostly. He has a 3 part video on how to start lucid dreaming in fact.

He deals with DILD's but goes into a WILD in one particular video. He breaks dream up into 5 layers, 0-5. Layer 0-4 have sublayers (Minor and Major) I highly recommend him to anyone unsure or starting to lucid dream. He has helped me so far into this journey. I must also say he is a very good singer if you want to check out his Je T'aime Ma Chérie song.

I apologize if this has been posted before, but again I am new. I have been to forums before and realize most of the simple things (Yay this forum has an edit button!), but I didn't see a search bar. Is there one? Thanks.

Welcome :) I'm not a fan of most of the youtube lucid dreaming videos because the guys typically throw out opinions as if they are facts and then badly botch the actual science of lucid dreaming. But, whatever helps people helps people, so it's good to hear you've learned to LD :D

Search bar is up on the blue bar with all the links, between Staff and Quick Links. Make sure you do the Advanced Search, and unfortunately keep in mind that your search term has to be at least 3 characters long :roll:
