Was This A Technique??
I had 2 LD's the other night, and I don't know if i accidentally used a method that is up here on dreamviews...
While i was laying down, i kept telling myself "You will remember your dreams... You will remember to do a reality check...". I concentrated on my breathing and ending up going to sleep..
I had 2 LD's and in between each LD, I had a false awakening.. I remembered to do a reality check in each LD.. I used the nose pinch one, that's my favorite one!
Was this a technique???

Good luck, and yes MILD is one of the most widespread techniques that doesn't involve WILDing. I don't know if you own a copy but I've found that it helps to do some visualization exercises before bed (in the evening) and then waking up and falling back to sleep with the "I will become conscious in my dreams and remember them when I wake up" affirmation in my head

in that one night, You've had more ld's I've had in 2 years.:(

Some of my best success, especially early on, was in MILDs. Maybe it was because it just got my mind actively thinking about Lding. Who knows. But I like to do the mantra for five or so minutes, and put as much thought and emphasis behind it as possible. Anyway, whichever way you like to do it obviously works for you so nice work.

Oh yea. The MILD technique (in its entirety). Don't forget to work your prospective memory.

I've never really tried this before. and all of a sudden it sounds so great! I might as well try it now, seeing as I have to go to sleep. good night!

It worked? I had an LD last night from doing a reality check. other than that it seemed like a DILD.
