Am I WILDing?
When I first started out with lucid dreaming ten months ago my LDs were always classic DILDs. I would spot an anomaly, do a reality check, find that yes I was dreaming and then proceed to blunder about trying to fly, interact with dream characters etc. More recently I seem to become lucid like this:
I wake up at about 3-4am. Got to the bathroom, walk about for five minutes or so then go back to bed. I then set my intention to have a lucid dream and drift towards sleep. Next thing I am aware of I have a sense of being lucid and something in front of me like backlit fog. I walk through it into a dream. I am usualy walking along a road and will just lean forward into the air and begin floating along. I am lucid from the outset and there is no big moment of realization. I have been trying to WILD for a couple of months now without success ( or so I think) but after having one of these dreams last night which ended, as they often do, in a false awakening I wonder if I am actualy WILDing ( sort of).

That sounds like what I usually do to LD. In general the WILD methods i see on this site don't work for me, but when i wake up in the middle of the night or don't go to sleep until 3 or 4 am, my body is so tired that it goes to sleep really quickly and my thoughts turn into a dream which most often i'm lucid from the start. I'd say its sort of like a WILD, but I always thought WILDs were more intensive on feeling the change into a dream state.

Perhaps we will have to invent a new acronym Drew ;)

Same with me too.
All my WILDS were the following:
I wake up at around 4 in the morning, and then want to go back to sleep. But in 10-40 seconds, SP begins, then I suddenly end up in a Lucid dream. I also experience SP dreams often, which means I dream that I am in SP, while I am already in a dream.
