i was in my dream doing something i have always wanted to do and then i said this is to fun time to do RC (looked at hands) they had all 5 fingers and not deformed could it be that they were deformed and i thought that was normal? i am trying both WILD and DILD for more LDs
Hey don't worry too much i have had a lot of problems with pretty much every induction technique. Many times have i looked at my hands and they have been completely normal but i say to myself "There is something wrong with my hands", in my mind, until i see something unusual. Yesterday morning during a WILD i looked at my hands and they were fine but i kept looking at them and asking myself what was wrong with them until my pinky on one hand was too short and on the other, too long. When you do a RC such as looking at your hands try to make it the action of performing a RC make you lucid, rather than the actual sight. When i look at my hands i become lucid just by bringing them up and looking at them instead of the actual sight of them, i just look for something wrong with them to be completely sure. Find what works best for you.:D
Try to fly when you look at your hands, but not only searching for something wrong with them.
As an alternative, try pinching your nose and attempting to breathe through it. It rarely fails, and the sensation is just awesome. I've had so much success with this one that it's pretty much the only RC I use nowadays.
Also, I've found it's great for WILDing because you can do it with your eyes closed, something a lot of RCs can't boast.
