I actually just thought of this idea about 2 seconds ago and if my idea is right then it could be able to help some people. Since to help LD you need to have awareness while your awake as well as sleeping would watching videos that are scarry or those pop up videos and stuff make you more aware.
Like cuz after scary movies and stuff people are often more cautious and aware of things

But i'm thinking: I know that being scared is a good way to be aware...But the "fear" and scary feelings make the body feels shaking...Can the fear distract me while i'm trying to WILD?

i still havent tested the idea at all i didnt find anything that i found actually scary

I believe all it will do is make you dream of scary things more :P
What you really need is awareness of your current mental state. The more you understand your waking life and dreaming states and the differences and similarities between them, the more you will be able to Lucid Dream.
Or at least that's what my understanding of it is.
