Trying
Im going to try WBTB/WILD technique today... I've been reading about WBTB/WILD and I think I got the basics of it...
Im going to sleep, sleeping 4-5 hours, waking up using an alarm clock, staying up inbetween 15-60 mins, then go back to bed, then doing the trick on my body (i didnt really got this part), and when my body fell asleep and im not asleep, i should concentrate on my dream body at this point....
Is this all? :)

You might want to set that alarm clock for 6 hours. It seems easier for some people after that time. Anyway, you've got the weekend to experiment. Good luck!

Good luck with your wild/wbtb attempts. don;t know if youve already tried it or not, time difference over here, but hope it will or did go well.
Keep at it for a few weeks, let us know how you do.

Ugh... dissapointment.... I fell asleep... damn... strangly I woke up in 4:06 for no reason... I set my alarm to 4:20 but forgot to set the switch on... i didnt do wild/wbtb this night... well, i got the holidays comming so i'll try it then...
But I got a cool dream :)

Good luck with your future attempts. I should try that sometime.
I like the WILD and the HILD techniques myself, havent tried WBTB. though it was the first one i heard of.

I havent LDed in like 7 moths. FRIGGIN ANNOYING.
I guess i havent been trying that much though, im really gonna try the WTBT though, it sounds good. I already wake up to piss like twice a night, no next time ill just stay up an additional 12 minutes or something. yeah that will probably work.
