I know you guys had answered millions of these but I always wake up around 8 every morning. So I want to back to sleep and I lay down and close my eyes. And WHENEVER I do this i feel a rush on my eyes and it's sleep paralysis like. But you guys say that you have to stay up an hour before trying and it takes longer then 10 secs I'm sure!
So if you could tell me that would be nice!

Well can you move yourself after those 10 seconds?
I can move my waist done perfectly but not the rest of my body... But something tickles my feet no madder where I move them... But I'm thinking they are dream feet but that's me!
I guess it could be something called partial sleep paralysis, you should just wait a little bit longer and after some time your waist probably won't move, also. Then you will be sure you are in sleep paralysis. Note that even when you have it, you can move your eyes and in some cases, mouth.
