How about doing them every time you talk to someone. Then when you get the hang of it, you can just do it when something weird happens. Thats what I did, and I RC, most of the time.
Some ideas for you:
-Try to train yourself to think "everytime I look at my hands I will ask myself if I am dreaming."
- Write something on your hand (Am I dreaming now?) might be a good idea, but anything will work, and everytime you see it you will ask yourself
- Think of any common element... maybe food, or water, and ask yourself if you are dreaming everytime you see these things
- Everytime you look at the time ask yourself if your dreaming

A really good way to train yourself is to get a digital watch that beeps or vibrates every hour. After a while of being reminded regularly you will start to remember to do reality tests of your own accord. Over time you'll get better and better at remembering. The good thing is that looking at your digital watch is also the perfect way to reality test so it's a good investment! It has worked wonders for me.
You also need to remind yourself of your dreamsigns on a regular basis then you will naturally start to notice them more and remember to reality test.

Just try to do them whenever something looks weird or you can get into the habbit of RC everytime you watch tv,etc.
