trouble with WILD
When I lay down, I immediately get the feeling that i'm not actually there and i'm floating sort of...SP?
My problem is that this is too comfortable and I end up falling asleep without realizing. I repeat to myself that I will remain councious as I enter my dream but then I get it mixed up and fall asleep.:P

Wild takes skill. I only do Wild occasionally, as I've found mild works a lot better

how long are you sleeping before trying the wbtb? and how long do you stay up before you go back to sleep and try to WILD?

I try to WILD everynight before I go to bed. But last night was interesting..
After about a half hour or so I think I entered my dream because everything seemed to be coming together at one point and I got this feeling I was in bed anymore so I tried to move my arms and legs around but I think I tried too hard and moved my physical body instead.
Later that night I woke up, wrote down my first dream, went to the bathroom and tried WBTB which was a little harder since all I could hear is my cat cleaning itself and someone upstairs in the fridge. I felt numb but then fell asleep :\

**Sorry I forgot add that I was sleeping for about 4(1/2)-5 hours before I tried WBTB
