Tone Dild
Havn't found the thread for this but i got an idea, which seems obvious to me. So i thought someone else had already put it on. Here it is. Why not have a tone download onto an ipod,psp, whatever. About 1/2hours before you go to bed you turn it on. Its a song that lasts several hours. But all it is, is just a sound/tone, that plays once every couple of minutes. Every time it plays you do a rc. Then when you go to bed you restart it and in your dream, if you can hear it, you do a rc. I think someones probably thought of it, again if someone puts that someone has already posted then leave this a dead thread.

Hey! I've heard a lot of differnent dild teqmiques and some of them were very similair to what u sed, but I've never actually heard of this one. I think that it is a very good idea and it cud definetly work if u did it enough so ur mind recogniZes it as a habbit. I will definetely be trying this tonight. Good job!

Sounds similar to one technique where you wear an eye mask that flashes a light. You get used to rc'ing when you see the light so you rc when you see the light in your dream.
