I have come to the conclusion that i've stopped Lucid Dreaming due to my sleep pattern.
I am getting up at 3:45 - 4:30am for work. I am going to bed at night at 9/10pm. This is leaving me 6-7hrs sleep. It's probably less given the fact it might take me upto 1hr to actually drift off!
Could this be the reason? Not enough sleep for LD's?
