It depends on the person, and the amount of reality they are able to attain in their dreams. I've had regular dreams where I could feel what was going on, and lucids where I was unable to get any sort of feeling. You can learn to make your dream world more realistic though!
When i rub my hands 2gether in dream it feels weird.. its like rubbing ur hand on week sandpaper or something dunno how 2 explain it. Not like rubbing ur hands in real life though..
If I'm concentrating on the feeling, it will feel like real life. If I'm just doing it without really thinking about it, I might not feel anything. It is all about where your focus is in the dream. You generate the sensations you are expecting to generate.
I know exactly what you're saying. It feels errie, kinda like wow, I can hctually controly my dreams. Then the real fun starts.

Last night i had an amazing DILD and i remember perfectly the sensation of rubbing my hands, spin my body and other things...
Later i'll translate the dream to english [it's on portuguese] and i'll post it on lucid experineces

it doesn't feel exactly like real life... it's very close, and obviously much closer than what you could imagine in your waking life. it definitely improves over time, though. at least, i think it has improved somewhat for me.
