I can't do it. I have a once-sounding alarm set to go off about 4.5-5 hours into sleep, but I always get up before it. And when I get up, I never keep my eyes shut. I don't even remember the first stages of waking up half the time. |

I´ve read somewhere that you should concentrate on the back of your eyelids before you fall asleep. Becoming familiar with how they look. And when you wake up and see your eye lids you should be reminded to lay still... or something like that. |
