Dizzy after flying? =)
I just hade my first two lucid dreams with control :D
Really easy technique in 2 weeks i have writen a dream journal and expanded my awareness and then I just set my alarmclock to ring after 6 hours and when I wake up i write down some notes about what i have dreamt and then i just go back to sleep and thinking "Christian you're dreaming" and then when I dream sometimes the word dream or lucid occur and then i get lucid :D I think it is MILD/DILD ? :D
But after i hade flied, when i landed my head got really dizzy and i hade to stabilize (rub my hands, or touch things and screaming I AM DREAMING!
Has this happend to anybody else?

I've never been dizzy but I've been surprised by other unexpected sensations during a lucid dream. I get butterflies in my stomach when I fly sometimes. I've gotten extreme muscle fatigue. Sharp pain when stepping on a sharp rock. As you probably know, anything can happen. You did well to touch things to stay lucid.
Waking up and going back to sleep is I guess technically a WBTB without the staying up part. Repeating that mantra is a MILD, but unless you're taking a test on this stuff it's irrelevant.

Yes, it does sound like what you are doing is similar to a MILD. A MILD uses something called autosuggestion--and in your case, you are basically using autosuggestion by itself. In this technique, all you do is simply tell yourself something over and over, such as "I am dreaming" or "I will have a lucid dream tonight."
Since autosuggestion is working so well for you, I definitely recommend checking out the tutorial section and reading about the full MILD. :)
I have had a lot of lucid dreams where I have gotten dizzy and even blacked out in dreams. Sometimes I have a false awakening back in a new dream, other times I wake up. I'm glad you had the presence of mind to stabilize the dream--that's about the best thing you can do to fight dizziness.

Yeah i got a false awakening last nigh quite scary actually, It was like a normal day and when i was about to bike o school I just woke up :O

FAs can be a little disarming, yeah. I used to have them almost every night, and it was starting to make me a little batty waking up in real life, then waking up in a dream world all the time. I'd wake in the same dream room every time, too. All very strange. :P
The worst is when you have school or work, and you have that FA where you're getting ready for it, and then (maybe) you realize it's a dream so you're happy....but then you wake up for real and you have to get ready all over again. lol! :(

Yeah, I haven't gotten dizzy but I lose flight sometimes and hit the ground, I don't get dizzy, it just feels lke my flight is losing power.
