Assist me to lucid dream ;)

So I have been wanting to lucid dream again for a long time, i remember a cupple of years bad i tried to do it and didnt succeed.

I have only Ld'd twice and they were both semi-natural. I was awokken inside my dream by my alarm clock, i became lucid.

I think i can do it, i think i can become lucid before or during a dream however i think my primary problem is remembering my dreams.

If anyone can give me some tips, maybe something that heps them it would be greatly appriceated

write a dream journal every night soon as you wake up DONT MOVE dont even open your eyes just think about your dream. once you have thought of all your dream get up and write it all down. do this everyday and youll soon have great dream recall which can help you find your dream signs so you can relise you are in a dream much easier!

      what baker means is this:

the best way to remember your dreams is to keep a journal by your bed. flashlight if you want to. as soon as you wake up, write down everything you can remember. your dream recall will improve really, really quickly. super easy. just make sure you write it down immediately... don't eat breakfast first, in other words.

then you go over your dreams and try to find patterns, or dream signs. just recurring ideas, themes, people, that kind of thing. my biggest dream sign is the location... it usually takes place in a house i grew up in or a school.

hope this helps. now i'm going to go try to have one myself. cheers!

Always dream journal. Always! I never had lds before I started journaling, and now I have them spontaneously. It just takes a prod in the right direction, sometimes.

Other than that, it seems EILD (Externally Induced Lucid Dream) seems to work for you. Try it out!
Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.

Adding to what everyone else is saying, be sure not to give up. Lucid Dreaming by no mea-
ns is hard to achieve, but it's also not a walk in the ball park. Be ready for failure to gain
      success.
