Arrow :D My Reality Check (RC) Reminder (tutorial) :D

Well recently I found something that is awesome as an RC! I think it will help me tons! I'm going to explain it to you and you guys can see if it is any good.

First find a VERY addicting beat that will get stuck in your head. While you are listening to this beat keep thinking 'whenever this pops in my head I will do a Reality Check'. So throughout the day the song will be in your head and you do a RC every time you hear it. I am not an experienced lucid dreamer but this technique is helping me to remember to do a RC. I hope this works for you! Please post comments.
sorry if this has been posted before!

I find that kind of relying on a source, as to speak maybe you would only RC in a dream if you are thinking of that song in your dream. But it is a good idea.

That's a good idea! I'm bad at remembering. And, thanks, so much, you got this song in my head that has been in my head lately, now I'm thinking about it again! I should do an RC when I think of this song!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

This would be most effective if you were able to make it into a dream sign and not just as a tool to get you to RC alot. Look at it this way. If it gets you to RC during the day because you hear the beat in your head, but you don't hear that beat during your dream, will you RC while asleep? Probably not, like Mad World said.

Otherwise, if it works for you, it sounds like a really neat idea and I like it. Here. Read this on dream signs by ninja. Combining two techniques is often the most effective tool.

      This is what will happen...instead...

The subconcious will eventually pick up the tune and 'put' it in the dream in some form. But that's about it.....sorry buddy but the subconcious is not the one linking RCs with the music or anything for that matter (found out for myself), the concious mind does that which is asleep by the time you are dreaming. Ok...if it's near to waking up tail end of the dream then maybe if the music appears in the dream at that time (luck) then yes there may be enough conciousness to link the music with RCing. I think you'd have better luck with using music that promotes the idea of lucid dreaming or dreaming in general it would act as MILD.
