You to congratulations! The spinning part is fun. I tried it this night for the first time but it went not how it should.
I spinned and my intention was to wake up in an other episode in my dream. However I spinned, got into the falling feeling (which is awesome) and get stuck there. I was falling for a few minutes without any visions, only feelings.
Then I saw a few new visions and could continue the dream.
I've never read that the spinning should take so much time. It isfun!:lolxtreme:

Hey guys I have a question. This is mostly for gameover though since hes like my guidence hahah. But anyone can answer!

Is it true that if you practice a sport in your lucid dream, you will become better at it?
Also, can you study for tests and quizzes in lucid dreams? Will it affect how you do on the test in real life?

Visualization is one of the most important aspects of learning any physical sport. And dreaming is in many ways an ultimate form of visualization. But I imagine a very high level of lucidity is required or you may practice improper form and think you're doing well. But with a high level lucidity I think it can be help a lot. As for tests and quizzes... I doubt it. I think studying for tests is best done while awake. You wouldn't have any study material in your dream. Just what you've already studied.

Well I think you can approve sporting and study. Not by practice but by questioning right questions.
For study, you can have mental blocks which will end up in bad results. Question yourself in dreams what you have to do to get the best results.
Also for sport, ask what you are doing wrong now and which things could be better, and how?
LD can surely help, but you have to be a good LD-er.
