Afternoon Nap success!
This one I didn't even plan on, and took little effort.
Because it's tuesday the last couple days I had to get up ealier than I would have wanted (because of sleeping in on the weekends) and was already REM deprived.
When I got home at around 4 I couldn't resist taking a nap so I was semi asleep for almost an hour, then woke up slightly from a 'dreamy' state (something like hypnogagic) and didn't move and fairly easily went straight into a dream, completely lucid. It was pretty unstable the first time and I rushed into it so I awoke, but I chained another and then another for what seemed like quite a long but was really about 15 minutes.
I don't know if there is already something just like this, but it is extremely easy and doesn't require doing anything you normally wouldn't. Basically just sleeping in on the weekend (who doesn't?) getting up early Monday and Tuesday (like you normally would for school/work) and taking a nap on Tuesday. Then it's just a WILD after you've been asleep for a bit.
It works out really well in the afternoon as you are more awake, so you are likely to wake up in time to have a WILD naturally, and you are thinking more logically so you won't have a hard time staying lucid.
The downside is it tends to be rather short and the dreams are unstable, but if nothign else it's great practice for stabilization so you don't ruin a long early morning one. Also you have to deal with hypnogagia for a longer period of time in my experience, which for me is voices saying nonsensical things which gets kind of...annoying.

Yeah i'm quite familiar with what you did because i've done it twice today, i wake up at the crack of dawn almost every day and sometimes during the day i have successful naps. I had two dreams today that i don't remember because they wern't lucids, most of the time i remember just the lucids. But yeah, if you get up earlier say at around 4 or 5 am each morning you can, have successful naps during the day because during certain times of the day people get sleepy when they wake up earlier than usual.
