Increasing LDs by Journalling Odd Events in Waking Life
Has anyone field-tested whether making an effort to journal odd waking events increases lucidity?
Yesterday, two things happened that were a little odd...
1) I returned home to find my door key broken in half.
2) You know CAPTCHAs used to verify that we're human? It came up with my name (NOT a common name at all).
3) My bike appeared not where I was convinced I left it.
Of course I reality tested after these obsessively. But it seems that these deserve a little extra, such as journalling or meditating on. I predict that they would be conducive to LDs.
