Goal setting
Hi there,
Since joining Ive achieved 7 lucid dreams, but in 5 of those 7 i lost lucidity shortly after becoming lucid. And the other two were short (but sweet ofc). I'm happy with this because it's still early days but I feel like I'm missing out on so much. I can remember about three dreams a night but usually only one of them in whole. I do RC's quite often I guess, really any time I think about dreaming. What I'm wondering is if writing down some goals that I want to achieve once I become lucid will help me to stay lucid longer and keep me focused? Does anyone else out there do this and get good results? Thanks for any advice.

Could work. My goals i cant even remember in the dream:D
I dont know about focus and so, because i havent got that problem. But i have heard that tasting, hearing and looking at everything should help. I mean, listen to the ambient sounds, look around, lick at everything you see. Try it out!
