i now dream recall is important in lucid's but it's so hard to go to sleep and have the last thing you think about be i will remember my dreams..........

For me, the time to worry about recall is when I wake up. If I wake up and start thinking about coffee or a cig or what I have to do that day, that's when my recall goes south. I have to concentrate right when I open my eyes.
I find I dream more when I don't worry about it before bed. I actually do some of my best dreaming with Cartoon Network and the sleep timer.
ok thanx...i guess that will be a problem though because like you when your eyes open in the morning i immediatly want coffee and to smoke..
Oh, I just write down that I have good recall lots, that seems to work for me.
