I just found this and am going to try it out right now!

It pops up on your screen randomly to remind you to do a reality check, i'll let you know if this works and how it effect me! BTW I promise no virus. I downloaded it and have no signs of a virus.
I think I still have this program in my computer. It pops up an image or text every now and then randomly but it's good if you live alone. I live with my sis so there are times she may use my computer....:embarrassed::roll: and I have to disable the program but other than that it's a great software...good luck using it..:D.Quote:

Chances are you will forget because the internet is very distracting...LOL. But that's the point I guess to forget..:P. I kinda like the feeling of letting go of the idea of LDing and let the program do the reminding, feels more 'natural'...I may use it again (AT NIGHT) if I can find it. I will download yours just in case...thanks for the link btw it was quite hard to look for the program myself I remember.Quote:

Yeah. You can't rely on this program to do RC's. Its nice to have a little random reminder once in a while but this take to long to pop up :/
