Help with nap-WILDs

Hey guys... I was wondering what would be the prime time of day to attempt a WILD via the nap. In my past experience I found 6 pm to work for me but that was ages ago. I'm sure you lot can help me out!!

I haven't tried to WILD during a nap for months, but the time I was most consistently successful was around 3 to 4 o'clock.

This may or may not work for you; definitely try different times to determine which is best.

I think the time of day is irrelevant. Factors like how much sleep you got the night before, and what time you got up, etc have more to do with it than a specific time on a clock. It just takes a little bit of experimenting I think.

It's best to take a nap within 4 hours of waking for optimal lucid dreaming. When it gets too far into the evening, the likelihood of getting lucid decreases a lot. For me, if I wake up early, napping anytime between 11am and 2pm usually has the best results.
