ALMOST there
Last night, I tried my first proper attempt at a WILD. It was going well; I had audible hypnagogic hallucinations similar to the sound you get in your ears when you yawn but a quick sharp burst. Anyhow, It turns out that I was so hooked on attempting this WILD that I fell asleep accidentally and continued attempting the WILD in my dream (not realising that I was now sleeping on my freezer).
Does anyone have any tips or details that I could add to my attempt on a WILD?
P.S: I never experienced any sleep paralysis during the hallucinations for some reason. This is the part I was mostly looking out for as it signals imminent sleep.

Oh that's great! Hahahaha.
I start on the side of my bed then move to the bed. You feel like you sink instantly. Then tonight i'm going to try the SUB technique after I move to the bed.

Ha, that's priceless.
And actually, this can (and should) be used to your advantage. Reality check whenever you wake up in the morning, and also whenever you fail WILD. Even if you "know" you're awake during a failure (because everything feels so real, etc), if you don't reality check, you run the risk of remaining non-lucid in a super realistic environment!
