WILD or not?
I had a dream where I thought I was WILDing. But I was really sleeping. I'll post it.

Fake WILD (WBTB)
NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID
I was in my bed trying to go to WILD and Sarah was there behind me. I wanted to smoke outside so I imagined seeing the door to go outside.
It worked and I saw the door. It was locked so I worked a bit to unlock it and then stepped outside. It was pretty rainy outside and slightly misty.
I then came back to my mind. I worked on it again and I could feel my brain going crazy whenever I started to enter the dream world. It feels like something is going through it in waves. Loud high pitch noises and lots of talking would go through my mind.
I then entered and I was sitting at my computer. I got up but everything was kind of dark and I had a lot of trouble walking. I did a reality check and rubbed my hands together but I had a hard time stabilizing. I sat on my bed to try and get myself together for a moment. I then got up and went into the front room. I still couldn't get it together though and I fainted.
I woke up and my parents were there. We were in the front room. Apparently they had been WILDing too. They said it had something to do with having a person there with you. I tried to do it again but couldn't.
Here's my problem. I know I was dreaming during my attempts to do a WILD. Because Sarah was there with her laying behind me, (Although I never looked). But I've never felt anything like I did when I went into the lucid dreams. It was the strangest feeling and I'm not sure if my mind could have faked that. Do you guys think I had a WILD?

I have no clue if you were awake or dreaming in the blue part. If you don't remember the full transition from first laying down to sleep, and entering the dream (if there were gaps in consciousness), then it might've been a dream.
Or,
You could've been awake, but illogical.
Your brain can most definitely fake/dream of sleep paralysis.
