I've had a WILD to music only once before--but then I've only fallen asleep to music a few times since my childhood.

If you're smeone who can fall asleep to music, I say go for it. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that you'll hear the music blasting throughout your dream.

They are soft music, I set it to low anyways, Just need something to listen to to past the time and act as an indicator.... each song about 5 min passes

Hmm in that case yeah it sounds like a good plan. Although I should warn you to try not to be thinking about how much time has passed when you attempt a WILD, if possible. The goal is to be getting into that nice relaxed mindset where time doesn't matter.

You know, there are special LD tracks, some that sound very nice.

They have messages and stuff. My only LD happened while listening to one of those, and i remember hearing "This is a dream, do a reality check" and was like, ok... Suddenly i get lucid, and all the other fun stuff happens.

I suggest that if you are someone who can fall asleep rather easily with music playing, try one of these. There is even a track to improve recall in there!

      Take care

I can fall asleep to music. I use in-ear headphones, and I roll around a lot in my sleep(found that out b4 a few times. I fell off my bed without waking up, and rolled under my bed, wrapped up in my heavy blanket, so I wake up in the morning wrapped up in my blanket unable to move, freaky), so I usually wake up laying on my headphones or something. I have never heard it in my dreams, but then you don't really get dreams untill REM, hours away, so the headphones fall out by that time. So I don't know if it would work.

Man...I have been listening to it for a week now and finally last night. I was fixing my A/C with my brother in law, who I own a home business with and the fan wasn't spinning and I knew the run capacitor was done for. I checked it and it was. But in that span of diagnosing it, he told me "do a reality check" and I kinda shrugged it off to fix the A/C and then after that my dream faded.

It sucked having a Lucid opportunity in front of my face and not grabbing it.
