[b]I HAVE FOUND THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD. (I HOPE)
Out of 15 tries in one week I have had 13 succesful lucid dreams and the other two was because I messed up. Anyway, I will get straight to the point because my other topic was really long and after I finished it messed up and didn't get posted. The procedure:
1. Record someone (not you) saying this phrase (change as much of it as you want and dont make the phrase repeat the same thing):
YOU ARE DREAMING, YOU ARE DREAMING. THIS IS A DREAM AND WE ARE IN IT. LOOK AROUND YOU. LETS BECOME LUCID.
2. Make sure that the player you are using keeps on going for about 30 min.
3. Go to sleep while you are very very tired. (cuz the talking from the player might keep you awake sometimes even if your kinda tired.)
THAT IS IT!!
Now this is what always happens to me. First I go to sleep while I'm listening to my computer's TEXT-TO-SPEECH program to read the phrase off of Notepad for 30 min. Then I would dream and when I hear the recordng in the waking world it plays out in my dream, so someone would come up to me andstart repeating the top phrase (IN RED). So then I would say "I AM DREAMING!" And become lucid!
HOW IT WORKS:
Probably everyone here already knows that anything you here in the waking world while your dreaming is acted out in the dream. BUT BE CAREFUL:
1. Make sure the recording doesn't keep repeating (ex: YOU ARE DREAMING, YOU ARE DREAMING........)
because it will become hypnotic and you might not even here it in the dream. So add in things like long pauses, different sentences, and make sure the recording waits about 10 seconds to repeat the phrase.
2. Make sure the recording is from someone else not you! Because when you here it in the dream it will feel like it's a repeating thought in your head and you wont pay attention to it. (If there is no one to record it then go ahead and try.)
WELL THAT'S IT!! GOOD LUCK AND TELL ME IF IT WORKS FOR YOU!
NOW IF ANYONE WILL COME-UP WITH A GOOD NAME FOR IT!
