I was dreaming like normal, i realized it was a dream. I was lucid. But it seems lately i'm only half lucid. It seems like i'm in the dream but my eyes keep wanting to open in the real world. Like i only have one eye in the world. And the dreams are hard to maintain. They are very unstable. I have been getting more lucids, but about half are like this. Is there a reason, or what?
i had a very similar feeling the other morning when i had a LD.. it started out in my garage and somehow i instantly knew i was dreaming as a complete stranger kid was standing next to me.. as i walked up into my house i was constantly aware that i was dreaming while still looking for signs to remind myself. as i walked into my own room in my lucid dream the first thing i saw was that i wasn't laying on my bed where i was in real life, but i told my friend who was in my room in my LD to be careful not to wake me because i hadn't gotten much sleep.. but then outloud told myself it didn't matter it was all in my head anyway... and i know that feeling your talking about! towards the middle of the LD i felt myself comfertable on my bed even though i was walking in my dream. at the end i winded up in my basement and tried to jump through the ceiling thinking it would take me to a NEW place and setting but instead all went black and bits and pieces of images shadowed and i awoke. Why does stuff like this happen? most likely your subconciously dissagreeing with things in your dream.. Try Dream Spinning. do it warp speed and imagine a place or a place of your own. most important STAY RELAXED!! and don't get emotional! it's your mind. deep slow heavy breathes no matter WHATQuote:
