As long as you are not infringing on any copy righted material, blatantly advertising or if it is illegal.
THE problem with this thread is that it seems you are implying that one might want to PIRATE the material, but then you'd have a job on your hands keeping Hemisync's lawyers at BAY...

They do offer a Demo CD, but the holosync effects have been made weaker apparently; I was well annoid
