      Woah, were those the vibrations?

I was WILDing last night and managed to stay mostly concious for a while before my legs violently jerked upwards, the movement mostly from my knees, but the rest of my legs followed. I was confused, but kept laying there until it happened again. I was freaked out and foolishly stopped the WILDing, then promptly did a reality check. It wasn't a dream. So, were those extremely crazy vibrations, or is that normal, lol? It's so weird!

Edit: This should be in the WILDing subforum, right? Sorry about that.

If you think you posted in the wrong forum, just ask a dream guide to move it.

Anyway, your legs jerked? Like literally? I get vibrations when I WILD and it's like all over my body and I have to figure out what to do from there.

      hmmm, that's really interesting.
a couple of weeks ago when i realized i was dreaming my body felt "crazy vibrations" too, something i'd never in my life felt before. I managed to stay asleep and remain calm but it was out of this world, a really crazy experience.

so I'd personally say that vibrations are normal from my point of view, never been jerked awake by them though

      haha hope that helps?

I get minor muscle spasms similar to what you've described when WILDing, so I'd say that's a normal reaction. It's more serious than I've ever heard of happening, but I think it's just a side effect of LDing this way. Hope it doesn't happen all that often!

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.

I wasn't asleep yet, though, I was still laying there. Next time I'll just keep on going~!

Haha, me too! Thanks for replying. Maybe 'violently' was a little of an exaggeration, but it was definately pretty noticeable. Maybe part of it was my dreaming mind making it more over-the-top than it was.

Yeah, they'll feel like bigger motions than they actually are - my fingers sometimes jerk around, but really they barely even move.

      Yup, it's all normal.

I've had this too. Sometimes I will be laying there awake letting my mind wander, and then my body jerks or has a spasm and I am brought back to my senses..
