Definitely. No acces to a computer now though, so it may be a day or two.

So annoying the last few days, I've just been so tired, that I'll just fall asleep before it even finishes the first bit.


I might try meditating to this one day and see what results that will bring.

Anyway, for those of you who don't know how to use torrents, go to http://www.bittorrent.com/ and just simply click the download button on the front page.

Once it's installed just go to my initial link and click download. It should just open up with Bittorrent and away it goes.

But didn't Bushi make this TO be shared? If we have his permission and he's the original author, I don't see what's illegal about it...

Hemi sync just steals all their shit anyway. They use brainwave or SBAgen I can't remember which for the binaural beats.

Guys its not that bad. Just download and enjoy. It is quite soothing.

Soothing it may be, but last night I gave it a shot, and when everything was right for a WILD, too. I had a bit of a nightmare, so I forced myself awake in the middle of a REM cycle, and then took a WBTB while listening to Viva la Vida being played on violins, so I was relaxed and in a good mood and ready to go.

So when I got back in bed, I started up this MP3. At first I listened to the guy talk, but then some of what he said just struck me as odd and I couldn't help laughing at it, which of course didn't do me much WILDing good. So I skipped past the guy talking, completely relaxed myself using my own method, and then let the beats go. I was in SP before long, which seemed great, but then the problem became evident: with the beats going, I was somehow being prevented from having any HI! Big problem for me, since I use HI to form dreams and thereby enter from the waking state.

So I ended up just laying there for an hour until the MP3 ended, not getting any closer to a dream than when it had begun . Yes, I did wait afterwards to see if a dream would come or HI would form, but neither happened.

Hope you guys have better luck with it than I did...I doubt I'll be using this one again, since I can't afford to lose 2 hours of sleep every night...

Yeah i'm not really sure what SP is tbh honest, I can always move easily after or during sleep, although when i get HI i feel a little numb after. But anyway, I got really numb but didn't get HI, don't really understand.

Yeah, I don't usually feel SP unless I go to sleep on my back for some reason. Only once did I feel it lying on my stomach, and that was as I woke up, not as I went to sleep.

SP really isn't the numbness, or at least that's not all that SP is. When you have it, you know it, cuz you absolutely can't move, save your head and neck, and sometimes not even that much.

I've never been into full SP before, so I don't know if this will stop me too.


If anyone else has any experience with this file (good/bad) please let me know. I'm very interested in your oppinions.


LiveInTheDream, I downloaded this file and edited it so you can go to sleep with it running.

The original had talking during the middle of the track. I just cut the talking out.


Also, the reason it sounds cooky is because it's from a series called, 'exploring your pastlives'. It's only got a little bit to do with that at the start, but I really really like his relaxation method, because it works so well.
