I've heard a lot of people getting into a relaxed, deeply-relaxed or meditative-like relaxation before going to sleep and trying to lucid dream. Someone mentioned something about tensing each muscle and then letting it go loose... not sure. Anyway, I'm just wondering what everyone's method of "relaxation" is before trying to sleep/LD. I tried just lying on my back and thinking to myself "Okay, bud, relax!" but didn't have much luck with it. As a result, I'd love some suggestions!
