Use Your Thoughts.
Hello!
Let's say that you can't stop thinking about something special, like a problem, love, or job. Let's consider that you don't want to think about those, because it's stressing or counterproductive.
So what we do is using these thinkings to become more aware.
Like "Everytime I think about *** I will RC/become more aware"
In some way, they become dreamsigns, as you see.
But you know what's better? If you keep this long enough(for me just 4 to 8 hours) you will find that the obsessive/stressing thought will not bother you anymore! =)
Just give it a try, it works wonders.

Great idea! Reminds me of some NLP techniques. I always seem to forget how far simple cognitive tricks like this can go.
