      SP assistance wanted

I am also a person that has never entered SP. i have tried LDing for a year, and have never even reached sleep paralysis. When i lay still, i feel somewhat heavy, but i never get past that feeling. Although heaviness is a listed effect of SS, i dont think that i had SP. what can i do to induce SP besides being still?

i'm not a master WILD'er by any means (have never had one), but i know from the one or two times i tried it, i got to SP. and i had read on DV a little trick: lightly flinch random muscles in your extremities. kind of like you're replicating how your muscles react when you get ridiculously tired and you're laying down.... you kind of twitch every now and then. i'm not explaining this well. sort of how a dog twitches its rear leg while it's sleeping. but the flinches should be very light, nothing to complete disturb you.

it definitely worked for me, i could feel the twitches taking an effect, then the vibrations started shortly after. don't know if this will make ANY sense.
