How long do you sleep, and do you have a steady sleep pattern? Such things are usually related to dream stability and length.
Do you have a sleeping pattern? If you do, try waking up 90 mins before you normally would. After that, you can sleep them off or whatever.
Sorry I posted kinda late guys, I go to bed at 9-9:30ish and wake up at six am on weekdays. Weekends I go like 10 to 8ish
Well that's a fairly stable. For how long have you been practicing your dream recall? Maybe it's simply a matter of getting more practice.
Um like 4 days.. Is there anything that can increase my progress faster hesides a DJ?
