      Physical exhaustion

so i did a lot of physical activity today but my question is would being physically exhausted help having a WILD while going to bed or affect lucid dreaming in general

The chemicals excreted may have some baring on the clarity, vividness and recall of dreams, and the exhaustion may make it easier to sleep, though you may more easily enter a deep sleep which has higher REM but is harder to wake up from for a WBTB-WILD.

Well, you can try but from what I've heard, if you do enter a LD, you will have a short one

If I am weary or physically exhausted (but not to an extreme), it's easier to WILD. But it might be different for different people; some people fall asleep too easily when they're exhausted.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Well my advice is to WILD after a workout ( if you do it around 4-5 oclock ) because most case studies on the WILD technique from Stephen LaBerge said something like 80% out of 72 WILD subjects acheived it during a nap (not exact numbers, but you get the idea) So if you workout near the end of the day/nap time. Give it a go :]
      It's a mad world.
