There are a bountiful number of techniques for meditating and relaxing. I read about one that while you are in a state of rest you put your thought on somthing. It sounds odd I Know. But your brain is always being bombarted with thoughts. This process may have to be repeated time and time again until your thoughts (That is if you own them ;) ) eventually become less and less.
Back to the original process. To put your thought on somthing.
I for example, would opon having a thought pop up in my head, put the thought on a cloud and watch it float away.
I told my friend this method. He revised it. Since water was his thing. He decide to put the thought on a boat and watch it sail away.
This lead me to revise a new method that has worked far better than any other I have tried
So everyone who surfs the net in abundance can appreciate this approach.
I picture a black monitor in my mind. Inevitably thoughts arise. I then instantly click on the thought as if it were a pop up and - goodbye. That is it. It is that simple. But it works.
