Painful SP..?
This morning I accidently entered SP, and I couldn't move to get myself out of it. Usually I wouldn't want to stop SP, but this time I did.
It was excrutiating.
It was like someone was breaking my ribs and sqeezing my feet extremelly hard to the point where I finally broke free and screamed.
And to add to my experience, my mother burst into my room and gave me an odd look. I looked in the mirror and I had a huge line of drool down my face.
I then went back to bed and did the same thing, only this time I was dreaming I was in SP and a figure was leaning over my bed. He/she was extremelly tall and wearing a black cloak of some sort... The blankets were covering my head so I couldn't actually see his/her face. I have a hunch it was the grimreaper.
Anyway, even in the dream it was as if someone was crushing my ribs again...
Has anyone ever had SP this painful, or painful at all for that matter? To be honest, it was the most painful thing I have ever been through. :?
EDIT: Just realized this may be better in the Lucid Experiences thread..? If a mod wants to move it, that would be great... Unless this thread is fine for it. :S

I've seen the shadows too. Some are neutral, others are malignant. They communicate through telepathy, and used to be fairly common during SP for me. I would also see them during an SP like dream phase at the end of my sleep, where I'd be held down or inhabited by them and unable to move. It is fairly scary. I'm not sure if they are just manifestations of the Subconscious mind, or what. I'd be interested to hear some feedback, because I've been dealing with them on and off for years in my lucid dreams.
Painful sucks and is hard to overcome without waking for me.

I've had another experience with something like this. It was like a bright light in the shape of a person standing next to my bed. I couldn't move or scream, but I woke up sweating...
So have you had painful SP too? What happened in yours?

I thought I replied something...musta dreamed it.
Usually painful SP feels like a jolt of electricity and then I wake up. It's wierd.
