ive been trying for months now to try and reach SP.. i always feel myself slowly drifting towards it, but i always ..always fall asleep.. any tips?
Keep your mind occupied, day dream, count numbers, imagine your self sliding across the bedsheets.
Hey,
hmm...
Count your breathing...
Every now and then tell your mind that you will be entering SP...
If you feel like you would drift off any second,get your mind back on track,
reminding yourself you are entering Sleep Paralysis...
And just practice and practice!
