Any Good Techniques to make lucid dreams longer

my lucid dreams are like 3 minutes long anyone know how to make them longer thx :D

Try spinning in place, rubbing your hands together like you're trying to warm them with friction, shouting out demands to the sky in your dreams for improved clarity or vividness, and practice :)

Whats happening when your dreams end? Are you just losing lucidity, or does the dream end? Or do you maybe not remember everything after? Anything specific?

One important thing is self will. I never thought about making a dream longer or shorter, just staying aware longer. When I was attempting in this manner, I have once stayed lucid in varying degrees, through six dreams. Between dreams, all I saw was my face in the dark. This happened between each dream.
Generally, I dream for content, or exploring and going over my areas of awareness--sight, sound, taste, feeling, etc.
Content comes, for me, by concentrating on a very specific question befor entering the lucid dreamstate. The length of the dream is of no importance compared to the content.

I think it was billybob who once made a good point about "grounding" a dream before you move on with your lucid adventures. I think he suggested you kneel down and look at the floor, recognizing all the little details in the carpet/road for a good 20-30 seconds or so. This will hopefully make the dream more 'solid' so that it will last longer.

If you tried the techniques the posters above mentioned and things are still slipping away, it might be best not to resist. Let the dream fade but remain relaxed, still, and try to maintain some level of awareness. You might exit one lucid dream and go straight into another.

I agree with the Philosopher here just do yuor best to stay aware. and that amy mean conciously thinking about that fact that you are aware that you are dreaming... I just had a lucid drea last night and I was constantly staying aware to prolong the dream further.
