Hello! This is for anyone who has done the MILD technique and has succeeded. How did YOU do it? I'm asking you. Not a tutorial, I just want to know how you did it.
Thanks in advance! :)

I remember one time, I went to sleep woke up. I started thinking about lucid dreaming. Told myself in my head about all the cool stuff I wanted to do and then I fell asleep. I think within 30 mins I was in a dream. In the dream I was like "Wait I minute, wasn't I just thinking about Lucid Dreaming" , and then the scene changed. I was lucid but I forget what I did...It's probably written down somewhere..
Mild is awesome in my opinion. Heres what I do/did:
-Set my alarm for me to wake up about 5-6 hours after I go to bed.
-Get up for around 5 mins, doing reality checks, visualizing what I want to do when lucid
-While going back to sleep, picture myself in a dream becoming lucid while telling myself "next time I'm dreaming, I will realise I'm dreaming"
I do that until I fall asleep, works quite well for me. Good luck with Mild x
Thank you for the replies! I just wanted to see what everyone else does.
I just repeat my mantra till I fall asleep, and that usually works. But I think I'll start visualization, I hear that helps.
I wake up in the middle of the night, get a glass of water, then go back to sleep, picturing myself becoming lucid. I tell myself, "The next thing I see will be a dream," and imagine what it will feel like to become lucid.
Well, I have a question. How can you keep up with the mantra and visualization until you fall asleep? Because, i usually can't do that, it's too hard.
I think you start visulasing, then sooner or later your thoughts start to get weird. You're on the edge of sleep then- the last thing to do is slip under.
